Jen Sanders
What is your background? 

I have dual degrees in nursing and communications with an emphasis on marketing. Before joining Senzime, I worked in healthcare as a registered nurse focusing on oncology and critical care.  

Why did you want to join Senzime? 

I loved being an intensive care nurse, but I wanted to make an impact on a larger scale. My top priorities are patient safety and increasing efficiency in healthcare.

Senzime’s mission, innovation, and products aligned with my vision, making it easy to join the team – first as a clinical specialist and now manager.  

What is important for you in a workplace? 

At Senzime, I appreciate that I can contribute to clinical change through our innovative products and have a voice in creating future technologies. I genuinely believe in our devices and am confident we improve patient outcomes.

What is your background?

I have studied a Master of Science in Microelectronics. I began my professional career as a Quality Engineer in the med-tech company St Jude Medical Systems. Not long after I started my long journey in production, mainly as a Production Manager.

Prior joining Senzime I worked in Silex, a MEMS foundry, as a Production and Manufacturing Integration Manager in Stockholm.

Why did you want to join Senzime?

The product line and being a member of an R&D team in a small company. Knowing that my work will hopefully help people around the globe greatly motivates me! After 12 years working in a production environment a change of direction felt needed and Senzime seemed to be the perfect fit for me.

What is important for you in a workplace?

Having an open, supportive culture where the agenda is clear, and the company works as one team reaching the same goals. After being with Senzime for approx. 1 month, I couldn’t wish for a better workplace!
